With 11,021 registered transactions worth AED 40.619 Billion, December recorded the highest performance for the month of December ever recorded. The market witnessed a 21.55% year-on-year increase in terms of volume and 59.76% in terms of value.

Both existing and off-plan sales recorded an outstanding performance for the month of December. The off-plan transactions grew by 21.41%, and the value of off-plan transactions increased by 30.74% by recording AED 14,179 Billion compared to December 2022 to record a new peak. While the existing properties witnessed a 21.69% increase compared to December 2022 in addition to a 81.34% increase in terms of value compared to the same period.
